Income Master

Income Master (Insurance GIC*) provides an easy way to convert a registered Superflex to an income stream at retirement. 

Income Master is an excellent choice as part of a retirement income plan. It offers a steady stream of retirement income with the peace of mind that comes with owning a guaranteed interest investment. Once a year, a withdrawal of up to 10% of the January 1st value can be processed with no Market value adjustment (MVA). Additional withdrawals (after the 10%) are subject to MVA.

    Income Master offers daily interest and is available in investment terms of 1 to 25 years. It can be issued as a registered retirement income fund (RRIF), a life income fund (LIF), or a restricted life income fund (RLIF)

    Income Master has the option of the Legacy settlement option for your beneficiary(ies), so the death benefit can be paid in the form of an income stream rather than a lump sum
