Sun Life is serious about protecting personal data. Two-Step Verification adds an extra layer of security that will help prevent someone else from getting into your account to access sensitive business and personal information. Sun Life will verify your identity with a verification code when we consider it necessary.
How it works
It doesn’t take long to set up:
- You’ll start by adding a phone number or work email address.
- You can choose to have the verification code sent by text message, phone call or email.
- To confirm your identity, you may be asked for a one-time verification code during sign-in. It may be because you're signing in with an unfamiliar browser.
- You can elect to have this step included every time you sign in.
- Never give anyone else your verification code.
